Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping times by region

United States: 4–12 business days (free on all orders)

United Kingdom: 10–16 business days (free on orders over $55 USD, otherwise $6.99 USD)

Australia: 10–16 business days (free on orders over $60 USD, otherwise $7.99 USD)

Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs and duties
For UK and Australian orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Fillhaus is not responsible for delays due to customs.
